While you choose an appointment, your ZIP code and the options you select appear in the page address so that your browser's back button works. We never put your name, telephone number, or email address in the page address.

Like most websites, our servers keep technical logs, including IP address, the pages and addresses requested, and the time of the request, to operate and protect the website. These logs are kept for a limited time. When you submit a form, we store a protected (hashed) form of your IP address with your request to prevent misuse.
